ABOUT 31 persons were served arrest warrants this month, down from 41 last month and 52 last March, the Cebu City Police Office said.
One of those arrested is a certain Joan Yugot who was charged for allegedly stealing plates from a mall.
Supt. Artemio Ricabo, Cebu City police deputy city director for administration, said they are intensifying their operations against criminal elements.
