BEFORE competing in the Asian Mountain Bike (MTB) Invitationals next month, Cebuano Jun Duron will bring his act to the Manggahan Bike Fest as he takes part in the XCO Country Challenge on Sunday in Guimaras Island.
The 31-year-old Duron, who was recruited by Rapidino Race Team a few months ago, will be using this event as his preparation for the Asian Mountain Bike (MTB) Invitationals this June in Danao, which will feature a bunch of foreign riders.
“My goal is to secure a podium finish and use the race as a preparation for the race this June in Danao,” the Talisay-native Duron said.
Other Cebuanos who will join Duron in Guimaras are Team Cebulingit brothers Jaybop and Jhunvie Pagnanawon, Elmer Navarro, Jonel Carcueva and Dongkey Sanchez.
