CEBUANOS can now get a chance to hone their cooking skills and get that excellent culinary badge without a heart-breaking tuition fee at the country’s top education institution, the Metropolitan Occupational Science and Technology (MOST)  Institute of Culinary Arts.

“Value and service with a heart” is the best phrase that resembles the Metropolitan Occupational Science and Technology (MOST)  Institute of Culinary Arts, according to one of  the Cebu branch’s founder Teresa Fernandez. Working together for almost eight years led the owners Beatriz White, Deo Carlo Paradiang, and Teresa Fernandez to discover their mutual interest with culinary arts, paving the way to the reestablishment of  MOST Institute of Culinary Arts in Cebu that started last 2013, and finally  welcomed the public with their new management last April 11, 2015. Their Cebu branch currently offers three programs: Culinary Arts Certification, Baking and Pastries Certification and a short course on Japanese Cuisine with four days of classes in a week. Being a TESDA-accredited institution, they have met all expectations required for a culinary school.

MOST  Institute of Culinary Arts pride themselves in bringing high quality education and facilities and state of the art  equipment, fusing their passion to help people who can’t afford a culinary school.
