OPEN to all professional hairdressers and make-up artists, the 32nd Filhair Regional competition titled HAIR & MAKE UP TRENDS 2016, is all set on June 7 at the 8th Floor of the MCWD Building, from 10 AM to 5 PM. This year, the competition will have three categories: Men’s Cut, Evening Make-Up And Bridal Make-Up.
With each category, a registration fee of P200.00 is required per entry. A prize of P5,000.00 and Certificate per category and winner is at stake. This should encourage the participating hair and make-up artists to create new styles that will make their entries be a cut above the rest.
The one event will also hold seminars and mini-exhibit of the latest beauty salon products available in the market. HAIR & MAKE-UP TRENDS 2016 is also a prelude to the bigger 20TH HAIR OLYMPICS 2016 event happening in the country on October 25 & 26, 2016 at the SMX Convention Center Hall 4 in the Mall of Asia (MOA), Metro Manila.
FILHAIR, the Filipino Hairdressers Association hosts this year’s Hair Olympics. The annual event organized by the Asia Pacific Hairdressers & Cosmetologists Association (APHCA) is a gathering of experts in hair and make-up and international consultants as well. Member countries take turns in hosting the HAIR OLYMPICS now easily the most awaited international competition event in the hair industry.
