THE FINALS picture will come into full view today as the four remaining teams play their last games in the semifinals of the 8th Cesafi Partner’s Cup over at the Cebu Coliseum.
The undefeated Worthy-University of the Visayas (UV) Green Lancers, riding high on the strength of an eight-game winning streak, will be taking on the Mighty Sports-University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Jaguars while the Phinma-Southwestern University (SWU) Cobras battle the Highlands Corned Beef-University of Cebu (UC) Webmasters.
UV currently boasts of a 2-0 (win-loss) card in the single round-robin semifinal while USJ-R and SWU are tied at 1-1.
UC is bringing up the tail end with a 2-0 record.
Only the top two teams at the end of the semis will advance to the best-of-three championship series.
