Getaway motorcycle driver surrenders to police
The driver of the getaway motorcycle used during the killing anti-drug advocate Pastor Crisostomo Maternal, Jr. has surrendered to the Cebu City Intelligence Branch at 10 p.m. Wednesday.
Benjie dela Cerna is now detained at the Cebu City Police Office.
He will face murder charges along with alleged mastermind Gary Daclan.

Daclan was arrested by police on Tuesday and was presented to Cebu City Mayor-elect Tomas Osmeña Wednesday morning.
According to Daclan, drug dealers in their area thought that Maternal informed law enforcers about the illegal drug operations in their place hence his execution.
He said he paid P30,000 to the assassin who remained at large.
