A SUSPECTED snatcher was arrested near a department store by Subangdaku police at 6:45 pm Monday.
Mark Anthony “Mak2” Abad, a 29-year-old resident of sitio Aroma Barangay Subangdaku, was caught with one .38 revolver and ammunition by the police.
SPO1 Allain Carado said Abad also had in his possession five small sachets believed to contain illegal drugs. Abad is detained at the Subangdaku police precinct pending the filing of charges against him.
