16-year-old boy, 4 others nabbed in drug bust
A 16-year old boy and four others were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Central Visayas (CIDG-7) at 1 p.m. on Friday in Sitio Lawis, Barangay Pasil, Cebu City.
The CIDG-7 team went to the house of Juanita Casas, 68, who was identified as a drug pusher.
Casas was outside her house when the police arrived. When she noticed their presence, she immediately ran inside her house, prompting the police to chase her.
The police then caught the four others who, when frisked, were found to have shabu with them.
Aside from Casas and the teenager, arrested were Flor Cabanday Dizon,35; Eduardo Flores Baylosis,35 and Victor dela Torres Dadula, 35.
A total of three medium pack of shabu worth P200,000, was recovered from the suspects.
