THEY say that we are the warmest people, and the Philippines is one of the most hospitable places to foreigners. Needless to say, when 86 of the world’s most beautiful women came to Cebu, they were given the red-carpet treatment from touchdown until takeoff.
January 17, at the JPark Island Resort and Waterpark, Cebu, in the evening after the swimsuit presentation of the Miss Universe 2016 candidates, guests were treated to another spectacle, this time from 21 renowned fashion designers here.
