SABOTAGE?

President Rodrigo Duterte’s claim that the recent killings of teenagers in Luzon were meant to sabotage his campaign against illegal drugs and crimes drew mixed reactions from netizens.

Reggie Gavini didn’t believe the President’s claim. “Sabotage? Where’s your evidence? It just means that the war on drugs has somehow failed.”

Jess Sel echoed the same sentiment. “What? You’re (President Duterte) now putting the blame on your rivals? You should take the responsibility because the police officers are acting under your direction.”

Rubielyn Amores, meanwhile, believed the President. “I think this is true. That’s just how politics works. People will try to drag other people down.”

Cans Jck said, “Maybe this is made to stir anger among the public. If your campaign is being sabotaged, you need to investigate because other people will make ways to discredit you.”
