Police arrested the top drug suspect in Sibonga town at his home Thursday morning.
The 24-year-old suspect identified as Roger Revilla was arrested in Barangay Tubod after police served him an arrest warrant for qualified theft.
Revilla is now detained at the Sibonga police precinct while bail was set at 54,000.
