A warehouse keeper was nabbed by police in Barangay Pitalo, San Fernando, southern Cebu at 11:30 am Sunday.
Senior Iinsp. Adrian Nalua of the San Fernando police precinct said 36-year-old Jose Harvey Allen Navales has a pending case of grave threats. He is now detained at the San Fernando police precinct mini-cell.
