THE 3DREY Internet Cafe will host the first Dota 2 Tournament this Saturday in Barangay Talamban, Cebu City.
The tournament will follow a double elimination format while the quarterfinals and championship round will be a best-of-three series.
The champion will pocket P5,000 cash while the runners up will bag P3,000 and P1,000, respectively.
Tournament organizer Andrey Bacus said that 18 teams have registered so far including gamers from Consolacion town, Mandaue City and different barangays in Cebu City such as Lahug and Sambag 1.
“I’m looking forward to having a smooth-flowing tournament. [We hope to] have more tournaments to come,” said Bacus.
Registration fee is pegged at P500.
