DFA launches ‘Passport on Wheels’ program on Aug. 1
A “Passport on Wheels” program will be held by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) at the Oakridge Pavillon in Mandaue City on Aug. 1 to 2.
Arnel Pahanonot, staffer of the Talisay City Mayor’s Office said the DFA allocated 300 slots for Talisay City residents and 300 slots for residents of Cebu’s 1st district.
Pahanonot said they need the DFA passport application forms and requirements submitted by Tuesday next week, July 17. He said the application packets should be completed ahead for DFA verification purposes.
Pahanonot said the DFA passport application forms can be downloaded from the DFA website (https://consular.dfa.gov.ph/35-downloadable-forms/56-downloadable-forms).
Among the requirements are a Philippine Statistics Authority certificate, a copy of the DFA application form, a photocopy of a marriage contract and photocopy of any valid ID such as student and government ID cards.
