Osmeña suspects assailants under police protection
Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña expressed that there may be people with police protection going around the city to kill.
He made this statement days after the ambush attempt on the life of Tejero village councilman Jessielou Cadungog.
“I’m not a great detective but I smell shit when I smell s***. I see s*** when I see s***,” said Osmeña.
The mayor also criticized the claims of Police Regional Office in Central Visayas (PRO-7) that Cadungog is named in President Rodrigo Duterte’s drug list.
“That’s just an excuse,” the mayor said.
