A utility worker died at the hands of his younger brother after they got into an argument at their home in Barangay Arpili, Balamban town at past 8 pm last Sunday, August 12.
Senior Insp. Deni Mari Pedrozo, Balamban police chief, identified the 33-year-old victim as Jehil Candol while the 27-year-old suspect was identified as Ronilo Candol.
Pedrozo said the victim died due to a gunshot wound on the right portion of his chest.
Candol died at a Cebu City hospital while his brother remains at large.
