Cebu City, Philippines — Anak Sangat SBC annihilated Regla Basketball, 117-85, in the Metro Cebu Basketball League Season 4 last weekend at the City Sports Club-Cebu basketball court.
Junret Ebardo led the team from San Fernando with 35 points.
In other games during the hoops-filled weekend, Boss Kalo downed Kuzz Control, 77-69, behind EJ Conahap’s 26 points and nine rebounds; the Pyramid Saints blew away Bellagio, 110-94, as Nelson Caballero exploded for 32 points; Well Hotel triumphed over the Matadors, 98-90, with Mark Villarin scoring 25 points while the Blue Titans won over Imperium, 84-59, as Francis Galado put up 24 points, five rebounds and four assists while Sherilin Agro nipped SAFBA, 90-87, thanks to the 28-point effort of John Velasco.
Mixed Hoops were 89-69 winners over El Amigos while TUF IT Park beat the Hotshots 5.0, 109-108. The Huskies leaned on the 32-point showing of Regie Sumaragao to tally a 105-85 win over Freeasia even as Digilink edged Batch 2004, 101-96.
RCAF put down the Penguins, 121-86; the Barracudas thrashed the Ace of Spades, 82-79; the Bricklayers tamed the Hoopsters, 92-84; the Hoopsters put down Brinnovid, 111-101; Island Premium Paints won over Hardcore, 85-51, while Sherilin Plastics stayed unbeaten with a 104-89 win over the 2nd Bridge Archers. /bmjo
