A 73-year old Briton was arrested for allegedly molesting the children of the owner of his rented home in Perrelos, Carcar, southern Cebu.
Children aged three and eight told their parents that their privates were touched by Stanley James Lam in their home while he watched pornographic movies.
The children’s father, a construction worker, is always out working while the mother is left to care for her children. When she runs errands, she was unaware that her kids were already molested by the foreigner until the children told them.
The mother immediately called police. PO3 Jerson Campo said Lam was arrested at 10 a.m. yesterday and is now detained at the Carcar police precinct.
The women’s desk of the Carcar police precinct will file charges against the Briton this afternoon.
