A 17-YEAR-OLD boy was accused of raping a four-year-old in Alcantara town, southwest Cebu.
The boy was arrested by police after the alleged abuse was reported to the police by the girl’s mother.
The boy was believed to be drunk when he allegedly sexually abused the girl, said PO3 Marichu Luyao.
Police said the boy was earlier seen drinking tuba (coconut wine) with his uncle Monday morning. The boy then left and found the girl playing in front of her house.
Police said the girl was dragged to a grassy area where the alleged rape took place.
Police said that when the girl went home, she complained to her mother of feeling pains in her private parts.
It was there that the girl confessed that she was raped and that the boy threatened to kill her if she will report to her mother.
