AROUND 3,000 runners will answer the starting gun for tomorrow’s 2nd PhilHealth Run.
The race starts and ends at the Sumilon road of Cebu Business Park. It will be held simultaneously in 13 key cities nationwide.
This running event will serve as the highlight of the organization’s 20th anniversary.
Distances offered are 20 kilometers, 10k, 5k and 3k.
Proceeds of the race will go to the Gift of Life Foundation of the Rotary Club of Cebu, which helps children with Congenital Heart Disease.
The running event will be handled by veteran race director Joel Baring of Sports and Fitness Enthusiasts (SAFE).
