Cebu City Hall will host a delegation from San Juan City who will go on a study tour and planning session in Cebu tomorrow.
The delegation headed by Sen. JV Ejercito and San Juan City Mayor Guia Gomez will sign a sister-city agreement with Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama.
Prior to the signing, the mayor will conduct a lecture for the delegation covering topics on social services, disaster management and environmental protection at the social hall from 1 to 4 p.m. /Correspondent Faith Marie L. Sumalinog
