Innoland Development Corporation recently held a triple celebration for its newest developments in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. Called “Threemendous,” the three-part event on August 6, included the groundbreaking of newest project Capella, the topping off of the Polaris building, and the grand launch of the already operational Aeon Center. All three are located in Filinvest City and total over P5 billion in investment.

Capella’s groundbreaking ceremony signaled the start of the construction of a project that has been months in development and is already attracting BPO clients. Upon targeted completion at the end of 2016, the building will offer about 20,000 square meters of leasable space on 16 floors.

The 19-storey Polaris is a project built to suit for Fortune 500 company Fluor Corporation, one of the world’s biggest construction and engineering firms. Top executives from Fluor Corporation’s Philippine and international offices joined Innoland’s executive team for a topping off ceremony that cemented this partnership. Polaris represents a furthering of the two companies’ existing relationship, as Fluor Corporation already operates its Cebu office in Innoland’s TGU Tower, Cebu IT Park.

Aeon Center’s 19 floors are almost fully leased out, with its offices being occupied by multinational companies. The tenth floor space was the venue for the grand launch, which was well attended and enjoyed by nearly 300 suppliers, real estate brokers, friends and industry partners from Cebu and Manila.

Innoland and its affiliates continue to partner only with reputable designers, suppliers, and engineering firms to provide beautiful working spaces for the rapidly growing demand from business process outsourcing operations and multinational companies.
