THE 43 Taiwanese who were arrested along with 26 Chinese nationals for online fraud were brought to Manila yesterday to await deportation on Sept. 29.
The Taiwanese will be detained at the Bureau of Immigration Academy in Manila.
The foreigners were arrested last Sept. 8 after police raided a two-story house in barangay Mabolo, Cebu City which they used for online extortion activities targeting businessmen in Taiwan and mainland China.
