Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) topped off the 5th building of their One Oasis development, located in Barangay Mabolo, Cebu City.

The building has 209 two-bedroom units and is scheduled for turnover in 2017.

Once completed, One Oasis will have around 10 residential condominium buildings within the 3.7 hectare lot, and will deliver some 1,700 studio and two-bedroom units to homeowners.

FLI started developing One Oasis in 2011 and may take another five years to complete if the trend of one building per year continues, according to Project development officer Archie Igot.

On Friday afternoon, FLI will inaugurate the clubhouse and other amenities in one of its other on-going projects, Amalfi in City de Mare located in the South Road Properties.
