By 3 p.m. the arrival of busloads of IEC delegates may cause traffic congestion.
The general public is advised to bring their own folding chairs, said Fr. Brian Brigoli, head of the committee on venues.

Bring raincoats, not umbrellas whose pointed ends present a security issue, said the priest. (A similar guideline was issued during Pope Francis’ visit to the Philippines in January 2015.)
Bring hats and fans to cool yourself in warm, humid weather.
Be mindful that the Mass is a solemn occasion and keep the venue clean.
“Remember that you are attending a Mass, not a party. Dispose of your trash properly, prepare yourselves properly for the Mass, and remember that this is a solemn dedication to God,” Brigoli said.
