AN Isuzu elf truck crashed into the center island at S. Osmena Street near Pier 6 at 6 am Sunday.
SPO1 Porferio Lim, Cebu City traffic investigator, said the driver identified as Elmer Codilla was headed to Plaza Independencia when he lost the brakes.
Codilla was unhurt and no other vehicles were affected by the accident. Traffic flow remained normal in the area.
