ARMANDO de Jesus won the Most Valuable Player award in the 6th season of the Elite Basketball Club Cebu.
De Jesus also took home the Scoring Champion title despite his Rams’ heart-breaking 80-81 loss to the Seahawks in the semifinals last Sunday.
One of De Jesus’ highlight performances was his record-breaking 56-point explosion in their 85-82 win over the Eagles during the elimination round.
Meanwhile, Ian Ocampo took home the Most Defensive Player Award. He also set an Elite-record high of 10 steals this season.
Bagging the Three-Point King plum is Rorie Raspie while Neil Buot snagged the Mr. Clutch and Sneakerhead of the Season awards. Yasser Magdara, won the Sportsmanship award.
The Elite season six finals will start tomorrow pitting the Panthers and the Seahawks.
