THE Lapu Lapu City Council may consider enacting a plastics ban ordinance anytime soon.
Lapu Lapu City Mayor Paz Radaza who has majority control of the council said it is up to the councilors to decide on what day of the week to implement the plastic ban.
Neighboring Mandaue City had been enforcing a plastics ban to solve its garbage problem.
