A 23-YEAR-OLD man was killed after his motorcycle rammed into a bus along the national highway in barangay Poblacion, Aloguinsan, town in southwest Cebu at dawn Friday. Roy Dealagdon sustained fatal head injuries.
Witnesses said the motorcyle had no headlights on at the time of the accident. The driver of the passenger bus, Alejandro Nator, was arrested by police, but was later released after he and the victim’s family agreed to settle the case. The driver promised to foot the victim’s medical and funeral expenses.
