A gunman shot dead last Friday a 25-year old computer and cell phone technician in sitio Kagudoy, barangay Basak, Lapu-Lapu City.
Cyrus Diola of sitio Paradise, barangay Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City, was rushed to the hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
According to police investigation, Diola was walking toward his parked motorcycle when a man wearing a black sweatshirt with a hood and checkered pants suddenly appeared from behind the victim and shot him in the back twice. The assailant fled after the shooting.
