Habal driver shot at dawn

A 32-year old habal-habal (motorcycle for hire) driver was shot dead in Sitio Lower Yati, Barangay Quiot, Cebu City Sunday dawn.

The victim was identified as Lowel Primacio, a resident of Sitio Sto. Niño of Barangay Quiot.

PO3 Cristobal Geronimo of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) Homicide Section said the victim was watching ‘hantak’ when an unidentified man wearing a ski mask shot him.

The victim was allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade.
