Albuera mayor in Cebu, PDEA confirms

SUSPECTED drug dealer and Albuera Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr., is in Cebu, regional director Yogi Ruiz of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency confirmed during the 888 News Forum Tuesday morning.
Ruiz said they have information on his arrival last Saturday. “He had himself admitted to the hospital because he complained of chest pains,”, he said. Ruiz said the mayor’s son Kerwin is still out of the country.
