CEBUANA duathlete Miscelle Gilbuena has been itching to end her four-race losing streak to bitter rival and teammate Mirasol Abad.
She gets anther chance today in the National Duathlon Champions which is the final leg of the Pilipinas Duathlon Series Female Elite category at the Villages in Clark, Pampanga.
Gilbuena is currently second in the Philippine Duathlon Series Points Tally with 270 points, 30 points behind Abad who tallied a perfect 300 points after winning the previous three races.
Meanwhile, Cebuanos Chobie Duenas and Joland Olmilla hope to move up in the standings in the male elite classification.
Duenas is currently in 8th spot with 80 points while the Cabancalan National High School product Olmilla is in 12th place with 36 points.
