The 40-year-old driver identified as Adhmann Sigue Canangca-an said he was persuaded by a policeman, his cousin, to surrender.

Canangca-an said he just drove Felix to his home in Maghaway, Talisay City.

He parked the vehicle outside Felix’s house and after a few minutes Felix came out with a gunshot wound on the left arm.

Canangca-an said he brought and left Felix at the Maghaway Barangay Hall.
