Teenager shot, five suspects caught in drug bust
A 15-YEAR-OLD was shot while five persons were arrested in a drug bust at the Damiana Compound in Barangay Guadalupe, Cebu City at past 8 p.m. last Saturday.
Insp. Christopher Navida, part of the task force that conducted the drug bust, said they confiscated a loaded .45 pistol from the teenager who is confined at the Cebu City Medical Center.
Two of the five suspects were identified as Girlie Peñas and Dexter Verano.
Taken from them were several small packets of shabu.
Police also arrested Noel Delero, Mark Ryan Verano, and Jonathan Labastida for playing tong-its.
