First leg winners of Honda Dream Cup bared

ALL went well in the first leg of the Honda Motor World’s Honda Dream Cup held at the Kartzone tracks along F. Cabahug Street in Cebu City over the weekend.

This as around a hundred riders vied for supremacy in this one-day, one-make race.

Leading the list of winners was Jeslouie Vega of Team Cyrus, who claimed the top spot in the elite 130CC underbone category, beating fellow ace riders Zac Lyndon Caneda of Team CRT and Lyndon Requilme of Team Mac, who placed second and third, respectively.

Mark Capoy of Team Honda Motor World/Team Skut Garage dominated the elite 130CC scooter caterogy while Clyde Relativo of Team BMR settled for second and Simon Spencer of Team RPM rounded off the top three.

Jen Yoscres topped the ladies Honda Beat beginners’ category followed by Clet Cuizon and Cloe Mallari, respectively.

In the men’s side of the Honda Beat beginners’ category, Algybriel Caneda of team CRT topped the race while his runners-up were Sylvester Ramirez of Gud Moto and Shail Saiyad of Headway Cam Racing, respectively.

Ramirez bounced back by ruling the beginner scooter 130CC category while Jayvee Alforque of Team BMR and Aldous Bascon of Team Mac finished second and third, respectively.

Ralph Armen of Team Click topped the Honda Club Race category while Mary Jay Recla of Team CBR settled for second and Bryan Trece of Team Dash finished third.
