CEBU CITY–Four men were arrested after they were allegedly caught holding a pot session at the back of a public cemetery in Barangay Calamba in Cebu City about 11a.m. on All Saints’ Day.

Erwin Seno, Danilo Glodove, Pacquito Sisiban and Oliver Patalinghug were detained at the San Nicolas police precinct pending filing of charges after they were collared by the operatives of the San Nicolas police station led by Chief Insp. “They were friends who were caught holding a pot session,” said Senior Superintendent Joel Doria, Cebu City police director.

Recovered from their possession were pieces of illegal drug paraphernalia.
