Three years after supertyphoon Yolanda devastated northern Cebu, a lot of victims are still struggling to get back on their feet while others have become rich by receiving foreign and domestic aid.

One fisherman in Bantayan Island said he had yet to receive a fishing boat, but he knows someone who got three boats.

“Nahibolung na lang ko kay iyaha nang gibaligya iyahang duha ka baroto sa amon (I was shocked when he sold his two boats to us),” the fisherman said.
