NLEX wins vs Cebu Landmasters but loses Monfort to injury

The NLEX Road Warriors toppled the Cebu Landmasters, 99-72, in the second game of the Recoletos Invitational Cup Wednesday night at the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Coliseum.

The Road Warriors, however, will be missing the services of starting point guard Emman Monfort for the rest of the three-day tournament after he suffered an ankle injury in the first quarter.

Bradwyn Guinto topscored for the Road Warriors with 13 points while the Landmasters were led by the 17 of Miguel Gastador.
