CEBU CITY– The body of a 23-year-old man, who was said to be suffering from mental disability, was found in a creek in Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City past 11 a.m. on Tuesday, three days after his family reported him missing.

Ron Harold Diaz, a resident of Gonzales Compound in Kamputhaw, was believed to have been fallen into a creek on Nov. 26 when he failed to come home, said PO3 Alberto Diamante of the Cebu City Police Office’s Homicide Division.

Diamante said Diaz’s body would undergo autopsy to find out the cause of death.

“For now, we don’t see any indication of foul play. But still, we will conduct an investigation to find out what really happened to the victim,” the police investigator said.
