TOP-RANKED netter Tennelle Madis and second-seed Cebuano Chad Connor Cuizon will battle for the championship crown after both scored blowout semifinal victories in the 10-unisex division of the 28th Andrada Cup yesterday in Malate, Manila.

The nine-year-old Cuizon continued his onslaught in the tournament as he registered another lopsided victory by dominating Marielle Jarata, 4-0, 4-0, in the semifinal round. In the earlier round, Cuizon defeated Joshua Hidalgo, 4-0, 4-0, in the quarterfinals.

Not to be outdone, Madis also scored a convincing victory by defeating her male counterpart Sam Salazar, 4-0, 4-1, in the semifinals.

With the win, she set up a finals showdown with Cuizon. Both will be battling for the title at 9 a.m. today.
