Man wanted for murder in Lapu-Lapu City falls

One of Lapu-Lapu City’s top ten most wanted person for murder was arrested by police at past 8 a.m. on Friday in his home Sitio Decyam, Barangay Maghaway, Talisay City.

Raymond Rosende, 31, native of Daanbantayan, Cebu was formerly residing at Barangay Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City.

Rosende was accused of killing his neighbour named Gilbert in 2005.

Rosende who had four children is a food vendor.

He said he was not aware he had a murder case until police came to his house and arrested him.

Rosende is now detained at Lapu-Lapu City Police Headquarters.
