ONE catastrophe after another, yet nothing can deter the willpower of Land Asia Realty & Development Corporation (LARDC) to withstand the winds of change.

Today, as it celebrates 21 years of creating an enviable track record in the real estate industry, the company gives back to the community by extending a helping hand to the victims of typhoon Yolanda.

The company has a yearly tradition to acknowledge its top producers, outstanding agents and loyal employees. It holds an annual conference to recognize these people who are behind its success.

As it marks its two decades in the business with a grand assembly of its over 500 agents and employees, LARDC also sets its sight on providing relief operations to the casualties of the successive calamities in the Philippines.

“Our initial plan was to have the conference on October 20, but we didn’t make it due to the 7.2-magnitude earthquake that hit Cebu and then came the Supertyphoon Yolanda last November 8, which is supposed to be the alternative schedule of our conference,” says LARDC’s Chairman Ric Inting, Realtor® CIPS, GRI, EPRO.

As fate would have it, the company was able to push through its annual assembly last November 10, at the Social Hall of Mariner’s Court, Cebu City.

With the theme “Celebrating 21 Years of Success: Innovating and Leveraging in Real Estate Industry to be Globally Competitive, the program started with an Opening Salvo, followed by the awarding ceremonies.

LARDC started from humble beginnings. What seemed to be a small business outfit in 1992, emerged as a diversified conglomerate embracing the country, and the world at large.

Just recently, LARDC was awarded as No. 1 Real Estate Developer/Marketing in Cebu at the 33rd Annual Consumers Quality & Best Brand Awards jointly with the Gawad Musika Awards in Manila.

“The road ahead of us is still very long. Only by harnessing the collective wisdom and effort of the team and displaying a new enterprising spirit, new creativity and new concept of knowledge, are we able to maintain our lead in this highly competitive world,” adds Inting.

Following the success of the launching of its new business center at 103 W. Carson St., Carson City, California, USA, the Chairman, envisions to enhance their online system as well as opening more offices in key cities of the country, in line with their goal to position themselves to be number one in the real estate industry.

“We will apply automation in our services by focusing on paperless system. We will also be highlighting video conferences in our seminars,” he adds.
For Inting, Cebu is a hub for commerce, trade and industry. “It has good housing projects. It has a lot to offer when it comes to lifestyle and leisure, thus inviting more and more foreign investors and retirees to settle here for the better. This is the right time to invest in Cebu,” he discloses.

LARDC is offering a Basic Orientation Course (BOC), scheduled every Saturday, starting 1:30 pm at its Training Room.
