A 46-year-old man fell into the hands of authorities during a drug raid in Barangay Bolinawan, Carcar City, past midnight yesterday. Randy Velez was arrested by Carcar policemen headed by SPO2 Meliton Agadier based on a search warrant issued by Judge Estela Alma Cinco of RTC branch 12.
During a raid at the house of Velez, the policemen found seven large, six medium and 26 small sachets containing suspected shabu worth P400,000 based on the Dangerous Drugs Board value.
Three other persons who allegedly bought shabu inside the house of Velez were also arrested.
