JOHNDORF Ventures Corp. (JVC) continues its aggressive expansion as it starts the development of Mimosa, another subdivision of Asian-themed townhouses, this time in the suburbs of Labangon, Cebu City.
A P200 million investment, JVC will develop Mimosa into a 2-hectare property with various clustering of 157 townhouses priced between P2.5 million to P3.5 million.
The exclusive community within Mimosa will have a swimming pool, clubhouse, basketball court, and ample spaces for park and playground suitable for event or gathering by the homeowners.
Mimosa is positioned for urban professionals wanting to have their first or second homes, according to Michele Chiu-Bacungan, JVC Sales and Marketing Manager.
