Cebu-based businessman and drug suspect Peter Lim wasn’t at home when a subpoena was served to him at his residence in Barangay Kasambagan, Cebu City at 1:40 pm Tuesday.
Operatives of the regional Criminal Investigative and Detection Group (CIDG-7) served the subpoena to Lim issued by the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Chief Insp. Chuck Barandog said Lim was required to appear at the DOJ office in Manila on August 14 and 17. Instead it was Lim’s security guard Antonio Rosellosa who received the subpoena on his behalf.
