UNIDENTIFIED motorcycle-riding gunmen claimed another life along Barangay Maguikay in Mandaue City last Wednesday evening.
PO2 Dexter Martin of the Mandaue City Police Office said the 37-year-old victim identified as Fidel Yocte waited for a passenger jeepney when he was shot in the chest by the assailants.
