The recent Blue Party hosted by Azure Beach Club was one for the books. The music, food, and fashion celebration was well-attended and a great deal of booze, dancing and socializing was involved.
“Blue Party is Azure’s treat to its customers and in the last two years, we opened the party to the public, why not share the fun and music, right?” shares Crimson Resort & Spa’s General Manager Didier Belmonte.
“Blue party is about celebrating Azure’s signature – relaxed atmosphere, great music and wonderful food and unique mixes. It also gives us the opportunity to add fashion and art element into the celebration through our collaboration with local talents,” Belmonte added.
Music was provided by Azure’s in-house DJs Arvin and Kate, while guest DJs Gio Visitacion and the Bordario Brothers brought their own musicality into the event, and had the crowd dancing all through the night with the right mix of modern hits and dance classics.
Being a homegrown brand, Crimson and Azure believe in local talents and Blue Party gave the avenue to showcase that – from the DJs to fashion as Cebu’s very own Hanz Coquilla showcased his beautiful designs through a 2-set fashion show. His resort wear collection of flowy couture dresses fit just right in Azure’s relaxed beach vibe. The young designer also launched his second brand, Coquille provide trendy ready to wear pieces. Beauty titlists Neesha Murjani, Raine Baljak and Mercy Abellana were among the models who showcased Hanz’s designs.
The night was made so much fun with unlimited drinks and signature mixes by GreyGoose. Chef Godfrey Laforteza and his team kept everyone on the lookout for the sumptuous appetizers and bites throughout the night. /PR
