Cesafi volleyball games this Saturday moved

DUE TO the unavailability of the University of San Carlos (USC) Main gym, league officials have decided to postpone the collegiate games of the Cesafi volleyball tournament this Saturday.

Tournament director Jordan Paca said that all games scheduled on Saturday will be played on Sunday instead still at the USC Main gym.

“The USC gym is unavailable because somebody will be using it. Cesafi (volleyball) will be back on Nov. 12,” Paca said.

Round-robin semifinal action resumes this Sunday in the men’s division with the defending champions University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) taking on the Southwestern University (SWU)-Phinma. The University of the Visayas and the Cebu Institute of Technology-University will also aim to keep their finals hopes alive as they square up in the last game of the afternoon.

In the distaff side, defending champions SWU-Phinma looks to bolster its chances of making a return trip to the championship round when it battles USC while USJ-R goes up against the University of Southern Philippines Foundation.
