THE San Roque Football Club (SRFC) of coach Tata Colina had no problem playing several games on one day as they won all their three matches in the Under 11 category of the Grassroots Football League (GFL) last Saturday.
The SRFC booters stormed to the top of the standings in the Under 11 category after amassing nine points, bringing their total to 15.
Colina’s wards first routed Samanthabhadra 6-0, then edged Giuseppe FC, 1-0, before capping the day with another 6-0 rout of Abbas Orchard.
The run allowed SRFC to relegate erstwhile leader Singapore School Cebu to the no.2 spot with 12 points.
Singapore didn’t have a bad day either as it won both its scheduled games on Saturday,—3-0 versus Benthel and 4-1 against the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R).
